An AMDC is a licensed health care facility that provides adults with medical supervision, meals, social activities, and transportation during the day — while they continue living at home. 

Adults 18 years and older who are Medicaid-eligible (or private-pay) and have a medical condition or functional limitation that requires supervised care during the day. 

Yes. If you are enrolled in a participating New Jersey Medicaid HMO, 100% of your care at Prestige AMDC is covered. Private-pay options are also available. 

Yes. We provide free door-to-door transportation throughout most of Passaic, Bergen, Essex, and Morris counties. 

• Nursing care (blood pressure and glucose checks, medication, insulin, wound care)
• Hot meals 
• Daily activities (music, games, art, trips) 
• On-site social worker for benefits support 
• Door-to-door transportation
